This study aims to analyze the performance appraisal and follow-up plan of results appraisal. research was conducted in Bandar Lampung, with object on Sigerhub Lampung. is a case qualitative approach. Data collection techniques structured interviews, observations, documentation. Technical data analysis using interactive model developed by Miles &huberman. The showed that assessments for both permanent employees, freelance employees interns. Performance appraisals are carried out weekly monthly basis, immediate supervisor combined 360 Degree Feedback.
